How Cursillo is governedCanadian Anglican Cursillo MovementThe National Secretariat coordinates activities in all dioceses, is responsible for the Cursillo License agreement with the Roman Catholic Church, provides national guidelines, and outlines diocesan responsibilities. SecretariatThe Central Newfoundland Cursillo Secretariat is made up of elected members (Secretary, Palanca Chair, 4th Day Chair and Communications Chair) and those appointed by the Bishop (Lay Director, Servant Community Chair, Spiritual Director) or by the lay director (Registrar/Treasurer). Guidelines have been developed to cover such topics as team and candidate selection, music, banners, newsletters, etc. as incorporated in the CURSILLO HANDBOOK FOR THE DIOCESE OF CENTRAL NEWFOUNDLAND, revised 2005 edition.
